How do I find the RRSP Contributions form

  • Go to the "My Forms" Section found in the top navigation panel

  • Click "Add Forms"

  • Search for and select "RRSP Contributions"

How do I complete the RRSP Contributions form

  • Input your deduction limit for the current tax year (automatically added with CRA Import or found on your NOA from the prior year or CRA My Account)

  • Add Contributions by provide the following details in the table:

    • Institution

    • Contribution period: Select from March to December of the tax year or January to March of the following year

    • Type: Choose from RRSP, RRSP - spousal plan, PRPP, Employer PRPP, SPP, or Tax Exempt PRPP

    • If more lines are required select Add new contribution

  • Answer Unused Contributions: Input unused contributions (automatically added with CRA Import or found on your NOA or CRA My Account)

  • Answer Other Questions: Respond to these prompts:

    • Did you transfer any RRSP contributions?

    • Do you have to make any repayments to the LLP or HBP?

    • Do you have any other amounts to include under the LLP or HBP?

    • Do you have any contributions to an amateur athlete trust?

    • Would you like to claim less than your RRSP contribution for 2024

  • Click Next to include your RRSP contributions in your return
