Once you’ve successfully filed your return with the CRA using CloudTax, you can download a PDF copy directly from your account. Here’s a quick step-by-step guide to help you get your file:
Steps to Download Your Tax Return
Log into your account at app.cloudtax.ca
Use the same credentials you used when preparing your return.Navigate to the “Submit” page
You’ll find this at the top of the screen in your progress bar (Step 5: Submit).
You’ll see a confirmation message that says: “Congrats! Your Tax Return Has Been Submitted.” This means your return was successfully sent to the CRA.
Scroll down slightly until you see this section: “Download a PDF copy of your return for your records”
Click the “Download PDF” button on the right-hand side of that section.

“Download PDF” button not working?
Make sure your return has actually been filed. If it hasn't, the button will remain disabled.Using Google Chrome?
Chrome may block pop-ups by default. To fix this:Click the pop-up blocker icon (usually on the right side of the address bar).
Allow pop-ups from
cloudtax.ca.Try clicking “Download PDF” again.
Not sure where the file went?
The download location depends on your device’s settings. On most computers, it’ll go to your Downloads folder by default.Try a different browser
