At CloudTax, we are committed to maintaining a respectful, professional, and supportive environment for everyone who interacts with our team.

This includes all clients, paid customers, and EFILE providers who use our platform.

Bullying, harassment, inappropriate language, or any form of unkind behaviour toward our team members will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Our support team works hard to assist users and provide the best possible experience. We expect all interactions to remain respectful and professional.

What This Means

If a user engages in bullying, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour toward our staff:

  • The interaction may be immediately terminated.

  • The account may lose access to priority support.

  • No refunds will be issued for any purchased services.

  • Further action may be taken if the behaviour continues.
