How to fix it

  1. Go to My Forms and open your T4A - Pension and Other Income slip (use the search bar).

  2. Scroll down to the Other boxes section.

  3. Find the field labeled What type of income is it?

  4. Select the appropriate income type from the dropdown menu.

  5. Click Next to save your changes.
