This guide will walk you through the simple steps to enable access and share your Account PIN # so we can assist you effectively.
Step 1: Log in to Your CloudTax Account
Sign in to your CloudTax account and open your tax return.
Step 2: Open Your Account Settings
Click on your profile icon at the top-right corner of the screen.
From the dropdown menu, select Account Settings.
Step 3: Enable Temporary Access
Scroll down to the section titled Grant CloudTax Team Access for Assistance.
Toggle the switch to enable access.
Once enabled, you will see a confirmation that access has been granted for 48 hours.

Step 4: Provide Your Account PIN
In the Account Settings menu, locate your Account PIN displayed at the top.
Share this PIN number with the CloudTax support team when requesting assistance.
Why Provide Access?
Our support team can only review your tax return and offer assistance if you grant us temporary access for 48 hours. Without this access, we won’t be able to view or correct your return.
Important Notes
Your access authorization will automatically expire after 48 hours.
If additional help is needed after expiration, you must re-enable access.
The CloudTax team cannot view your return or provide support unless access is granted.
