How do I delete all my forms and restart?
This must be done from a web browser, not the mobile app.
If you are using a mobile device, open a browser such as Chrome or Safari and log in at app.cloudtax.ca.
Delete a specific form
To delete one form only:
Open your return.
Go to the left-hand menu where your forms are listed.
Hover your mouse over the form you want to delete.
Click the X that appears.
Delete the whole return and start over
Do not delete your entire profile or use Account Settings to delete your account. This may permanently delete all your information.
To restart a specific tax year:
Go to the Dashboard by clicking the CloudTax logo at the top right.
Select the profile name.
You will see the list of tax years.
Hover your mouse over the tax year you want to delete, for example 2025.
Click the trash bin icon that appears.
The trash icon will only appear if the return has not been submitted.
After deleting the return, select the same tax year again to start over.
