🔗 How to Join Your Account with Your Partner (Web)
Follow these steps inside your return:
Go to My Profile
Find the question:
“Do you want to prepare jointly with your spouse?”Select Yes
You will be prompted to:
Select an existing partner profile (if your partner already has an account), or
Create a new partner profile (enter their details and link it)
Once completed, your accounts will be linked and you can proceed with a joint return.
🔓 How to Unlink Your Partner (Web)
If you no longer want to file together:
Go to My Profile
Find:
“Do you want to prepare jointly with your spouse?”Select No
This will unlink the partner profile and switch your return back to an individual filing.
📱 How to Join or Unlink on Mobile
On the mobile app:
Tap the ☰ (three lines) menu on the top left
Tap the profile icon on the top right
Go to My Profile / Personal Info
Find:
“Do you want to prepare jointly with your spouse?”Select:
Yes to join accounts
No to unlink accounts
Helpful Notes
You can switch between joint and individual at any time before submitting
Linking allows better optimization of credits and benefits
Each partner maintains their own profile, even when linked
